Summer Training

Tuesdays, 6PM

Starting at Claggan Park

Sessions take place in various locations around Glen Nevis - mixture of trail / hill / road

Winter Training (November to March)

Tuesdays, 6PM

Starting at Lochaber Leisure Centre

(Please do not congregate inside)

Sessions take place in various locations around Fort William - road running 

Training sessions aim to last around 75 minutes 

Usual session will include a mixture of reps - flat, hilly or mix 

Session leaders: Richard Macleod, Barrie MacKinnon, Gavin MacMillan and Donald Lamont 

All abilities welcome

16-17 Year olds may join training sessions with an accompanying adult
